Details: This 5-story, 800 parking space, design build parking garage was completed 4 weeks ahead of schedule, thus giving Cummins access to the much needed additional parking. The design build team, consisting of F.A. Wilhelm Construction Co., Inc., American Structurepoint Inc., Todd Williams and Associates, and our JBI, were awarded the project.
In the city Columbus, Indiana, architecture is an important feature. Our team worked with Cummins and the City of Columbus to enhance the parking garage with features such as LED site lighting, indirect deck lighting, and heat trace power to keep green walls alive in the winter.
