Details: Woodland Terrace of Carmel is a four-story, 250 thousand square-feet, 185 unit building, that not only provided approximately 100 new jobs, but also improves the lives of their residents. There are 16 Memory Care rooms, 81 Assisted Living rooms, and 88 Independent Living rooms where studios (Image 2), 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom rooms are available. The residents work with management to determine what their needs and wants are to determine if Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care is the best choice. Health Services provides nursing assistance for both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. The Wellness Center provides rehabilitation to further assist with independence. In-Motion Studio to keep everyone moving with yoga and dance and last, but not least, Spa-tique and The Retreat Salon & Day Spa will get them relaxed.
The Residents not only have access to beneficial health activities, but also to dining at more than five locations (Images 5, 6, and 8), within Woodland Terrace. These locations offer everything from coffee to wine and snacks to chef-prepared meals. Socializing also happens at the Game Center, Music Center (Image 3), Art Center (Image 4), Art Gallery, Media Center and the epicenter of Woodland Terrace, the Lobby (Image 7). These locations lend a destination for residents to learn, be creative, have fun and meet new people.
